What we collect

We only ask for the details needed to understand your enquiry — nothing more. When you contact us through the form or by email, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• Whether your enquiry is for home/personal use or a small business
• The type of help you're looking for and how urgently you need a response
• A description of your issue, in your own words
• Device details — type, age, model, operating system — if relevant to the enquiry
• General information about your technology needs or budget, if relevant
• Small business workflow descriptions, if relevant
• Notes and the reply we send you

What you should not send

We do not need those details to help. See the Safety page for more.

How we use your information

Information you send is used to:

• Understand your enquiry and prepare a practical response
• Ask follow-up questions if more detail is needed
• Send you a clear next step or recommendation
• Follow up if needed
• Improve how the service works over time

We do not use your information for marketing. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

AI use

JGusew Computers may use AI to help organise information, classify enquiries, and prepare draft replies.

The rule is: AI drafts. Jehiah reviews. Nothing important is sent on autopilot. Customer data is not placed into external AI tools without clear data-handling rules in place.

Where information is stored

Enquiry information may be stored in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs. Access is limited to Jehiah Gusew.

How contact form enquiries are delivered

When you submit the contact form on jgusewcomputers.com, your message is delivered via EmailJS — a third-party email delivery service. EmailJS transmits the form data and sends it to hello@jgusewcomputers.com.

JGusew Computers does not operate a custom backend server. Your form data is not stored by JGusew Computers' own infrastructure — it passes through EmailJS to arrive as an email. EmailJS's own privacy policy is available at emailjs.com.

How long we keep it

During the current launch period, enquiry records are kept while the service is being refined. We avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information. Any information that should not have been sent is removed or redacted promptly.

Retention rules will be reviewed before any paid public launch.

Your rights

If you want your information corrected or removed, email hello@jgusewcomputers.com. Jehiah will review the request manually and let you know the outcome.

Security

Minimum controls in place:

• Multi-factor authentication on key accounts
• Limited sharing of documents
• No password storage in any internal system
• No banking or code storage
• No uncontrolled remote access
